Reservations
Large Groups, public holidays and extended stays require a deposit of 20% to confirm and guarantee rooms.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our unique location any cancellations affect us significantly, especially over Christmas/ New year and Public Holidays.
We reserve the right to keep the deposit for cancellations within three days prior to your stay or when you do not arrive. We will try to re-book the rooms and where we are successful a refund will be made to you. We understand that unexpected events do happen and we encourage you to have travel insurance to cover these cancellations.
Privacy Policy
All information collected when you make a booking will be kept private and confidential. We will only use your details to contact you about any changes or specials.
