Pohuenui Nature Resort is a Tourism/Farming operation located in Richmond Bay, in the Marlborough region at the top of the South Island of New Zealand. Being at the entrance to Pelorus Sounds, we offer on-sight access to Scallops, Paua and a multitude of fish, many from our wharf.
Pohuenui has over 80kms of walking tracks and is a combination of native bush, regenerating scrub and farm land.
We are boat or air access only and about 50 minutes by Havelock water taxis or 25 minutes by helicopter from Wellington. Alternatively, you may wish to charter a Yacht or launch and make your own way out to us.
As we offer a unique but remote experience we would recommend a minimum two night stay.
